Resolution Healthy Diet

Each January, millions of Americans make a resolution to get healthy. Making the resolution is easy. Sticking to it proves much harder. Make this year different by attending a presentation by Julie Hood that will help equip you with the tools and information you need to make healthy diet choices part of your life and not just a New Year’s resolution.  Hood’s programs are scheduled for Saturday, January 23 at 2:00 pm at the Bend Public Library and on Sunday, January 24 at 2:00 pm at the Redmond Public Library. Both presentations are free and open to the public.
