During the month of January Deschutes Public Library encourages you to make a resolution and let the library help you keep it! Programs throughout the month feature topics like getting out of debt, learning to make healthy food choices, and committing to volunteer in our community. The programs are free and open to the public.
Making a New Year’s Resolution is easy! Sticking to it proves a much harder task! Whether you want to drop a few pounds, pay off a credit card, or read a classic book, Deschutes Public Library can help you stick to your New Year’s resolution. We’re offering book discussion groups, movie screenings, a volunteer expo, art workshops, poetry readings, healthy eating, and debt management classes throughout January, all designed to keep you on track and to help you make 2010 a year of resolutions made and resolutions met. Check the library calendar for a full list of programs.
