Bringing History Alive: Storytelling In the Classroom

This workshop for teachers and interested adults will be led by Bobby Norfolk, one of the premier storytellers in the United States, on
Saturday, June 16 at 3:30 pm at the Downtown Bend Library. Bobby uses his talents to teach history, and has created performances such as, "Through the Eyes of York: Lewis and Clark," "Scott Joplin: The Ragtime King," and "In the Shadow of Lincoln." Learn why and how storytelling is the best way to teach history in the classroom.
