DPLS is pleased to announce Atelier 6000 (A6), Central Oregon’s only fine art printmaking and book arts studio, will be participating in A Novel Idea 2013. From April 23 – May 4, 2013, the public is invited to view a juried exhibit featuring two- and three-dimensional art inspired by The Snow Child, the 2013 Novel Idea selection. A reception is scheduled for April 26 at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public. A6 will be accepting art submissions for the exhibition through March 25.

A6, located in The Old Mill District, recreates the centuries-old tradition of an “atelier,” a place for learning and inspiration. Classes, workshops and artist residencies bring together students of all levels to create and develop works of art exclusively by hand.
