A few of our Know Beer programs require registration. Please make sure to sign up in advance so we have enough beer samples for everyone!
Know Beer: Phat Matt’s TastingJoin Greg Anderson, VP of Operations with Phatt Matt’s Brewing Company, for a tasting and discussion about their beer. A Sour InvestigationDelve into U.S. and Belgian Flanders-style sour beers with Jeff Clawson, Pilot Plant/Brewery Manager and faculty member in the Department of Food Science and Technology at OSU, talks about the science of brewing and explores the similarities and differences in U.S. and Belgian Flanders style sour beers. Brewery Tour: The Ale ApothecaryA rare opportunity to tour one of Bend’s newer and most unique breweries. The Ale Apothecary is a vintage-batch oak barrel brewery located in the mountain wild of deep west Bend. The number of attendees on this tour is capped at 12. Registration is required.
