Deschutes Public Library welcomes poet, artist and musical performer Jason Graham—also known as MOsley WOtta—to the
Downtown Bend Library on Sunday, August 11, 2013, for Second Sunday, the library’s monthly celebration of the written and spoken word. The performance is free and open to the public. An open mic follows the reading and CDs will be available for sale.
Graham is a prize-winning competitive poet and performer. Both his visual and auditory artistic expressions inspire people to find common bonds. “MOsley WOtta music is specifically designed to celebrate our commonalities and embrace our differences,” says Graham. “The idea that we are all made up mostly of water. It’s about commonality and feeling welcome. So, it’s a good way for me to find a family wherever I go.”
Graham’s Second Sunday performance is free and open to all.
