Michael Lavrich, known as the Train Man, is returning to the Downtown Bend Library to demonstrate his extensive collection of model trains. All ages are invited to watch and listen, as the trains chug and whistle their way around the tracks. The model trains represent running trains of the 1920’s and 1930’s, and are made by Lionel, Dorfan, Ives and American Flyer. Lavrich welcomes questions, and delights in the excitement young and old feel for the trains.

The trains will be on display as follows:

• Friday, December 19, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (lunch break 1-2)
• Saturday, December 20, 12:00-5:00 p.m
• Sunday, December 21, 12:00-5:00 p.m.
• Monday, December 22, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (lunch break 1-2, 5-6)
