Know National ParksJoin us as we celebrate the centennial anniversary of the National Park Service

Happy birthday National Park Service! In 1916 President Wilson signed the act creating a federal bureau responsible for protecting the 35 national parks and monuments, and today the National Park system consists of more than 400 specific areas of natural and historic importance, covering more than 84 million acres. We’ll celebrate the history, geology and beauty of our parks this November.

All programs are free and open to the public; no registration is required.
