Camp-themed activities in June, July, and August!

Summer just got a whole lot more exciting for 3-5-year-olds! Join us for fun camp themed activities, crafts, and games all summer long at Deschutes Public Library locations. Camp Kinder! is for older toddlers and preschoolers who want to explore and have adventures while also learning! All of the activities and projects are designed to support the Oregon Early Learning and Kindergarten Readiness Goals: math, literacy, language and communication, social-emotional development, and approaches to learning.

Camp Kinder! is designed for 3–5-year-olds and their caregivers. Please plan on staying with your child and participating with them in the activities. Camp Kinder! is inclusive and happily invites anyone of any age to attend who might benefit from Early Literacy activities. A sensory bag including headphones and fidgets is available at each Camp Kinder! event.
