Notice of Intent to Award Contract – Owners Representative Services

The Deschutes Public Library (DPL) has completed its evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the Owners Representative Service Request for Proposal. The RFP team has evaluated the proposals received using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP, and DPL is hereby announcing its conditional contract awards to the following bidder:

• deChase Miksis and GH Consulting in partnership

The bidder listed above received the evaluation team’s highest rankings. DPL will be contacting the aforementioned bidder soon to negotiate a contract. As provided in the RFP, the Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between DPL and the apparent successful vendor for Owners Representative Services. DPL further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract.

This award decision is conditioned upon final approval by the Library Board and the successful negotiation of a contract.
