Learn how to use journaling and list making to reduce stress.
We all want to be healthier and happier. Continuously, studies conclude that writing things down (by hand) helps reduce our levels of stress. Whether it is within a planner or journal, whether it is a list or a tally next to a goal, the process of putting pen to paper helps bring calmness in an overwhelming world. Bullet/dot journaling combines all of the pieces of paper that can come from your mind. Attend & learn the practice of planning, taking note, and recording your daily, weekly, and monthly events in an efficient and effective way.
