Enjoy the annular solar eclipse on the library's lawn.
Join us for doughnuts and eclipse viewing. An annular eclipse of the sun is one in which the edge of the sun remains visible as a bright ring around the moon. The eclipse will start at 8:05 am, and begin its annular phase at 9:18.
Limited free solar viewing glasses will be available at this event on a first come, first served basis. It is not safe to view the solar eclipse with sunglasses or the naked eye.
