The Deschutes Public Library (DPL) suspended public library materials delivery services (Library Linx) to all schools in the Bend-La Pine and Redmond School Districts as of August 29, 2022.

An impact of the capital improvement projects is the temporary closures of branch libraries throughout Deschutes County. DPL will relocate existing services into smaller, temporary spaces and will not have access to the entire materials collections nor the physical space to process and deliver materials.
